Shalka!Doctor (AU Ninth Doctor)
This is the original version (2003) of the Ninth Doctor from Doctor Who. Though, due to the RTD/NuWho era, he's been shunted aside and is now only an Alternate version. (Called "Shalka Doctor") Though, now that the BBC officially licenses it (and makes money off of it), it's considered an official AU by the vast majority of the fandom.
He comes from the webcast: Scream of the Shalka
He also has a BBC Official short story, but it doesn't give us any idea specific to this Doctor different from what we had in Scream (nor of any Classic!Who Doctor):
